       This is a rock I found in the landscaping of my apartment complex. After some research, I've come to the conclusion that it's a sedimentary river rock, that's more than likely made of quartz. After looking at its physical attributes and researching common landscaping rocks, it was clear that this was sedimentary. Most river rocks are sedimentary, and its smooth outer layer makes it obvious that it is a river rock. Its light color also contributes to the fact that it's more than likely quartz.
