This is a link to a video talking about the possible eruption of the Yellowstone Super Volcano. The last eruption that occurred with the Yellowstone Super volcano happened around 70,000 years ago. Although it obviously hasn't had any activity recently, scientists are speculating that when this volcano finally erupts again, it could create a hole in the U.S. west, which would be devastating. Scientists say that this Caldera volcano is one of the scariest geological features in the world, even though the chances of it erupting in our lifetime is very slim. The last activity 70,000 years ago caused the Pitchstone Plateau to form in Wyoming.
